How To prepare for your consultation

HAVE CLEAN, MAKEUP- FREE SKIN
We need to see your real skin, by natural light and the issues you want to work on. Skin should be freshly washed with no makeup on. This is important so that your skin can be correctly analyzed and your treatment plan customized for you.
KNOW YOUR PRODUCTS
We'll want to know about any skin care products and/or skin care prescriptions you are currently using. You can have a list, or even better, have them with you at the time of your consultation.
HAVE AN OPEN MIND
We understand that social media, friends and family may have you thinking about certain skincare. But as professionals, we ask you to trust our knowledge and expertise. Be open to our recommended treatment plan. Your goal is our goal.

A Virtual Consultation provides you with a convenient way to get professional skincare advice. You will receive consultation forms to be filled out and submitted before your consultation. We will go over these together at the time of your appointment. A link will be sent before hand to attend the appointment virtually.

During the Consultation:

You’ll receive a skin analysis to determine your skin type and discuss your concerns (please be sure to be near natural light)
Answer any skin related questions you may have
Discuss your current skin care routine
Go over your lifestyle and health history and how this might be impacting your current skin condition

Together we will agree upon a personalized treatment plan.

If you accept your treatment plan, your consultation fee will go towards your product order.
